All Ginger gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly printed on the digital or physical voucher. Please note that expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

Redemption Terms

Vouchers can be redeemed for dine-in services at Ginger Cafe & Eatery. Simply present your voucher code (digital or printed) to our team when settling your bill. Vouchers are single-use and non-refundable.

Conditions & Delivery

Digital vouchers are delivered instantly to your chosen email address. Physical vouchers are available for collection at the restaurant. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
